These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Feedcore Track (the “Platform”), a proprietary advertising technology platform developed and operated by SBH Srl (“SBH”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. About Feedcore Track

Feedcore Track is a conversion tracking and attribution platform designed to support digital advertising operations.

The Platform can receive conversion events through postbacks, webhooks and APIs, attribute those events to their originating advertising sources and synchronize eligible conversion events and conversion values with supported advertising platforms, including Google Ads.

Feedcore Track may also provide advertising reporting, monitoring, campaign data and related operational functionality.

2. Authorized Access

Access to Feedcore Track is restricted to users authorized by SBH.

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and must not provide unauthorized third parties with access to the Platform.

SBH may grant, restrict, suspend or revoke access where necessary for operational, security, compliance or other legitimate business reasons.

3. Permitted Use

Feedcore Track may only be used:

• for legitimate advertising and business purposes;
• with advertising accounts and data that the user is authorized to access;
• in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
• in accordance with applicable advertising platform policies and terms; and
• in accordance with any applicable SBH security and data handling requirements.

4. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• access advertising accounts or data without appropriate authorization;
• provide unauthorized parties with access to Feedcore Track;
• disclose API credentials, OAuth credentials, developer tokens or other authentication information;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent access or security controls;
• use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or unauthorized activities;
• interfere with the operation, availability or security of Feedcore Track;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or information; or
• use information obtained through third-party APIs in violation of the applicable platform's terms or policies.

5. Advertising Platform Integrations

Feedcore Track may integrate with third-party advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and TikTok.

The availability and functionality of each integration may depend on the relevant third-party platform, its APIs, policies and technical requirements.

Use of Google Ads functionality is subject to applicable Google terms and policies.

Google and other third-party platforms are not responsible for the operation of Feedcore Track.

6. Google Ads API

Feedcore Track uses the Google Ads API to support authorized advertising operations, which may include retrieving advertising account and campaign information, performance reporting, attribution, conversion measurement and synchronization of eligible conversion events and conversion values.

Access to Google Ads data through Feedcore Track is limited to authorized advertising accounts and authorized users.

7. Intellectual Property

Feedcore Track, including its software, interfaces, architecture, documentation, branding and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to SBH Srl.

Except where expressly authorized, these Terms do not grant users any ownership or intellectual property rights in Feedcore Track.

8. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and complying with applicable security requirements.

Any suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, security incident or improper disclosure relating to Feedcore Track should be reported promptly to SBH.

9. Platform Availability

SBH may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Feedcore Track where necessary to:

• introduce or improve functionality;
• perform maintenance;
• address security issues;
• comply with legal or regulatory requirements; or
• respond to changes in third-party APIs, services or policies.

SBH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Feedcore Track is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or continued compatibility with third-party advertising platforms and APIs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SBH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use, inability to use or temporary unavailability of Feedcore Track.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

SBH may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Feedcore Track, applicable laws, business requirements or third-party platform requirements.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or Feedcore Track shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
