This Privacy Policy describes how SBH Srl (“SBH”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes information in connection with Feedcore Track (“Feedcore Track” or the “Platform”). Feedcore Track is a proprietary conversion tracking and attribution platform developed and operated by SBH Srl.

1. About Feedcore Track

Feedcore Track provides conversion tracking, attribution and advertising platform integration functionality.

The Platform can receive conversion events from authorized sources through postbacks, webhooks and APIs, attribute those events to their originating advertising sources and synchronize eligible conversion data and conversion values with advertising platforms, including Google Ads.

Feedcore Track is currently used for SBH's authorized advertising operations and is accessible only to authorized users.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the integrations and advertising activities being used, Feedcore Track may process:

• advertising account and campaign identifiers;
• campaign, ad group and advertising configuration data;
• advertising performance data, including impressions, clicks, costs, conversions and conversion values;
• conversion events received through postbacks, webhooks or APIs;
• advertising click and attribution identifiers;
• campaign tracking parameters;
• technical information required to process and troubleshoot integrations;
• synchronization and processing logs; and
• authenticated user and access information.

Feedcore Track processes information only where reasonably necessary to provide its tracking, attribution, reporting, synchronization and advertising operations functionality.

3. Google Ads and Google API Data

Feedcore Track integrates with the Google Ads API.

Where Feedcore Track accesses or receives information through Google APIs, such information is used only to provide or improve the Platform's advertising management, measurement, attribution, reporting and conversion synchronization functionality.

Google API data is not sold.

Access to Google API data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel who require such access to operate, maintain and secure Feedcore Track.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and other applicable Google policies.

4. How We Use Information

We may process information through Feedcore Track to:

• connect and identify authorized advertising accounts;
• retrieve campaign and advertising performance information;
• monitor advertising performance;
• attribute conversion events to advertising sources;
• reconcile advertising clicks and conversion outcomes;
• synchronize eligible conversion events and conversion values with advertising platforms;
• generate internal reports and performance dashboards;
• support advertising campaign management and optimization;
• identify and troubleshoot failed or incomplete integrations;
• maintain the security, reliability and integrity of the Platform; and
• comply with applicable legal, regulatory and platform requirements.

5. Data Sharing

SBH does not sell Google Ads API data or other information obtained through Google APIs.

Information may be processed by technology and infrastructure providers acting on behalf of SBH where necessary to host, secure, maintain or operate Feedcore Track.

Such providers may access information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, regulation, court order or other valid legal process.

6. Data Security

SBH uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by Feedcore Track against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

API credentials, OAuth credentials, developer tokens and other authentication secrets are treated as confidential information and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

Feedcore Track's advertising platform integrations are performed through controlled backend services and authentication credentials are not intentionally exposed through public client-side interfaces.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including attribution, reporting, operational, security and legal requirements.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable retention procedures.

8. User Access

Access to Feedcore Track is restricted to authorized users and is subject to authentication and access controls.

Users are permitted to access only the functions and information required for their authorized activities.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Feedcore Track may integrate with advertising and technology platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and TikTok.

The use of those third-party services may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

Where applicable under data protection law, individuals may have rights relating to their personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing.
